Super Sonic Samba School

Calling all future Super Sonic Samba performers! Super Sonic is now beginning preparation for CARNAVAL 2009. We plan to perform at several major Carnaval Events, and the bateria (performing drum group) is expanding to include new performers for these events. If you are interested in learning to perform in a samba school and can make regular rehearsals on most Sunday's and Wednesdays, please show up early at a rehearsal and speak with Dan.

Hey All - OUR HOLIDAY REHEARSAL SCHEDULE will include regular SUNDAY REHEARSALS but no further Wednesday Rehearsals for the month of December.

SUNDAY REHEARSAL SCHEDULE, EVERY SUNDAY, noon - 3:00 pm, Balboa Park, Park Blvd*
Noon - 1:00 p.m. - PERCUSSION FUNDAMENTALS. Andy Aranda may be back from Amsterdam this week - if not, we will work as a group on fundamentals or whatever people want to work on.
